Radon systems are priced by foundation type (a slab suction point is cheaper than a crawlspace membrane), while asbestos and lead abatement are priced by the square foot plus regulated-waste disposal. The bands below are labeled planning bands — a sanity guide only. ⚠️ Asbestos and lead are regulated hazardous materials handled by licensed contractors only. Use them with the radon, asbestos and lead tools.
